Hi there! I have 3+ years tutoring experience. I have worked with different ages, from 4-25 years-old. If you are looking to practice speaking, writing, reading or listening to English, or need help in a subject relevant to United States History or Culture, I'm here to help! I also have 4+ years experience playing music professionally, in a band and privately. I can teach basic guitar (chords, picking patterns, songwriting), piano and voice. I'm well qualified to tutor in most humanities-based subjects. I've received scholarships and recognition for two undergraduate essays that I've written, one of which was presented at the National Undergraduate Literary Conference in the U.S. in 2013, and the other awarded me a grant to conduct independent literary research in Germany in 2014. I enjoy tutoring for the feeling of helping others achieve their personal or academic goals. I find it rewarding to talk about language and social issues, and studying/learning is always more entertaining when you have a friend to study with you!
